We base our methodology on
Conifold Analytics, a framework for understanding neural network operations in terms of information processing. Biological neural networks undergo conscious information processing to perceive the world, then decide what actions to take based on this information. Some of the key features of biological neural networks can be implemented in organizations,
allowing decision-making algorithms to achieve highly efficient information processing without the experiential aspects of consciousness. This guidance helps an organization to cyclically generate and compress information, with the effect of perceiving challenges more accurately, navigating conflicts more effectively, and making wiser decisions.
